
Refund/ returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for
any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below more information regarding our returns policy.
Consumers have a 14-day window in which to exercise their legal right to cancel a contract. This implies that you can notify
us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund during the relevant period if you change your mind or decide
for any other reason that you do not wish to receive or keep a Product. You can get more information regarding your legal
right to cancel the Contract from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
However, please be mindful that this cancellation right does not apply in the case of:
(a) any Personalised Products that have been sent for production
(b) any perishable Products; and
(c) any audio recordings or video recordings or computer software which has been opened.
Please also note:
Any changes/ cancellation to personalised items must take place within one hour of purchase. After this your order
will be sent to production and will no longer be subject to change or cancellation. Your right to cancel or change
your order after this time period no longer applies.
Outside of these conditions in order to remain eligible for a return your items must be; in the same condition as it
was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Please keep any receipts or proof of purchase safe in order to proceed with any returns.
How to return:
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new
unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To begin a returns process you can contact us on info@feelingcreative.co.uk . Once proceeding through the returns
process, if successful (by means of meeting the above criteria) Feeling Creative will provide a return shipping label
along with any necessary instructions (e.g. How and where to send your package). Any items returned to Feeling
creative without following this procedure will unfortunately not be accepted or refunded.
Cancellation:
Any changes or cancellation of items may be processed by contacting us on info@feelingcreative.co.uk (this is subject
to terms and conditions listed below):
Any changes/ cancellation to personalised items must take place within one hour of purchase. After this your order
will be sent to production and will no longer be subject to change or cancellation. Your right to cancel or change
your order after this time period no longer applies.
Enquiry to cancel or change items (not personalised) must be made before receiving a dispatch email (any enquiry
after this point will not be actioned as your items will already be in the process of transit).
Refunds:
After receiving your return (following returns procedure above) and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will
process your return. Please allow up to at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If items comply with the refund/ returns policy, Feeling Creative will provide you with a refund using your original
payment method. Please note:
We do not accept returns or provide refund on sale or promotional items.
We do not provide exchanges or store credit.
o If you would like another product in replacement of your returned item(s). We suggest you proceed
using the return policy as above and return to the online store to buy a replacement item once your
returns application has been accepted. Please be mindful that it may take up to 7 days for your
funds to return to your bank account.

Personalised items
Sale or promotional items
o Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
